Purchased a bikini from the store for 48 only for it to break after one use (the underwire poked through the join and came out) took it back into the store in its original packaging with the receipt 3 days after purchase and the store assistant told me to come back tomorrow, I explained that we flew out tomorrow morning and she then suggested I leave it and come back in 2 hours and someone would sew it up! I explained that for 48 it was ridiculously bad quality and I wanted a refund. Assistant phoned the manager and then told me I'd have to come back in 2 maybe 3 hours and speak to the manager about it, I questioned why as the item was clearly unfit for use and explained I would even accept an exchange but she was adamant I needed to speak to a manager. She then just looked at me blankly until I left the shop. Ridiculously bad customer service, and very poor quality clothes.
