Amazing customer service!!! I took my 9 yrs old daughter and they treated her so kind! Highly highly recommended!!! Tons of color choice. Clean atmosphere. I will definatly be back

Only rated a 1 because there is nothing lower. She got glue all over my fingers which I removed. She filed the sides so hard that they separated from the skin and hurt for a couple days after. One of the other ladies attempted to redo them, and they did look better. They were still very thick for a fill. They were messy by the cuticles. Would NEVER recommend or go back

Do not recommend going here!! I had some time to kill while my vehicle was getting an oil change so I thought I’d get a fill. First I asked for gel, and she used acrylic... not the end of the world.. but she did a horrible job. I asked for a French ombré... the fade was patchy and inconsistent, same with the shape... I left with acrylic on my skin because she couldn’t be bothered to wipe it off. Sloppy application. And when I pay 70 for a FILL I don’t expect to have to redo them the same day because I’m too embarrassed for people to see them!!!

Had a great time here, mall was somewhat busy but they were still able to take me without an appointment. Super professional, welcomed me in only moments entry. The products they use smell and feel great, and my haircut itself is everything that I asked for and more. Clayton did a great job making me feel human again. ) Also I feel must mention that the lady who brought her son, just ahead of me also asked for his card. You could definitely tell I wasn't the only one enjoying Alyssa's. ;)

Left polish and nail glue on my skin and all around the acrylics which were listed as 45 but I was charged 60 for. The acrylics seemed to need a fill in just 2 days after I got them done. The nail lady finished my nails as quick as she could when she saw other customers come in and quickly tried to rushed me out when I asked why I was charged an extra 15. When I got the acrylics removed my nails were completely damaged from the nail glue used.

They are nice good customer service but the job was sloppy. I got my nails done yet the Manicure part around the nails and cuticles are not that neat. And I think they gone a bit deep with the nail drill and made my nails thinner.

The place was so dirty, I can’t believe I stayed to get a fill. I was there first thing in the morning on a Monday. You’d think it would be super clean from a cleaning the night before. There were leftover bits of nails all over the table, floor, and chairs. 5 nails of mine also fell off completely. The nails were nice and the shape and everything was good, but I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you need nails done last minute but don’t care about good quality.

Got a pedicure here for my 21st birthday. Ended up getting an infection which resulted in having to get my toenail removed. Now 5 years later, I am still dealing with the toenail fungus I got from this place! DO NOT GO HERE!
