Just rented their smallest RV for 10 days and drove almost 1700 miles all around Alaska. The RV was clean and nearly brand new. Included in the RV were most things we needed like pots, linens, toaster, coffee pot etc. If you forced me to complain the only thing I can say is that they didn't give us a dust pan. Broom but no dustpan. We had to provide the soup, food and non reusable things like that. The RV was spotless when we picked it up and was easily large enough for my sister, mom and I. The check in gal was very helpful and gave us spare blankets, which we needed Alaskan nights are cold in September. She also clearly explained how to use everything, sewer dump, furnace, generator and things like that. I thought it was overkill at the time but was very glad to know how to run everything when we arrived at our campsite. We could easily dry camp for one night in this RV but needed to stop and fill up on water if we took showers.

Our experience buying a Class C motorhome from A&M RV was amazing. Zero pressure sales, helpful and informative, very reasonable price and no hassle fixing/repairing a few small things. 12/12 I would recommend them for either sales or rental. Just got back from our trip using one of A&M's RVs and it was a great experience. The RV itself was nearly brand new, very clean and easy to use. They did a great job showing us how to use everything as first time RV-ers. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and promptly refunded the security deposit. Great company and would rent from again!

We had rented an Rv for two weeks middle of July. We had two kids and had a blast visiting Alaska. Rv was new and in great shape. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great people to deal with and would highly recommend A&M rental. Thank you

We rented our RV with A&M RV Center in Anchorage. We are a family of 2 adults and two kids and we rented an 27” RV. If you reserve early the include linnen and waive the cleaning fee. Katie was very helpful during the proces of reservation even when we had a special request concerning tax-exempt. They picked us up from the hotel with their van and transported us and our luggage from our hotel to the RV rental location. After about an hour we were on the road. The RV was fairly new and very well maintained. Because we had the RV for a longer time Katie even provided us with some camping chairs. I would definitely rent again with A&M RV Center and recommend them to everybody else looking for a trustworthy address to rent an RV in Anchorage (Alaska).

Our experience renting from A&M was absolutely positive. We did not have any of the problems mentioned in the negative reviews (well, except for not being reimbursed for cab fare). We're a family of five (three small children) and we rented a mid-size RV for a week in September. Making the reservations was no problem at all. After making the reservation, I had a number of questions via e-mail, and Katie always answered my e-mails within no more than a day. When we got to A&M RV (on a Sunday), the RV was still being serviced (but it only took about twenty minutes). Katie then gave us a very thorough walkthrough and explained everything to us (I can confirm that, for insurance reasons, you are not allowed to use the awning – furthermore, any damage to the roof is NOT covered by insurance). The RV was absolutely clean, well-equipped and in perfect working order. Generator, stove, fridge, microwave, shower, slide-out – everything worked perfectly. Just make sure to thoroughly inspect the RV (there were two small chips in the windshield, but otherwise, it was fine). We returned the RV on Labor Day without any problems. We received our security deposit within a week, and everything was fine. We actually forgot to return a small adapter for the power cable that we had taken off, and Katie e-mailed me and said that it wasn't a problem. I will absolutely rent from A&M RV again when I'm in Alaska!
