I enjoyed the white-glove service I received from the stylist. There was no wait time and I was in and out. BOOM. The atmosphere was professional, but fun. I received a wash, set dry, flat iron and trim. I am very satisfied with my results. I have to go back... She was amazing! Thank you Amanda's Five Star salon.

Called this establishment attempting to schedule an appointment same day, they mentioned they didn’t do same day appointments and to schedule via email. Fine, i send an email, received a response within 24hrs to schedule the appointment, i send a response with the day and time. No reply. I call and spoke to some lady and they lady was basically talking at me, talking very slow as if i didn’t understand their policy. I had to keep reiterating my situation for her to basically say she thinks it’s best i go elsewhere because she couldn’t hear me. Lol i really did look forward to going here but based on my experience and the reviews, I’ll pass!

Amanda was really gentle with my hair and my tight curls. She gave me my first hair trim ever and now she is going to be the only person trimming my hair. Thank you for treating my black thick hair well. I am truly grateful. Also, my brows looks good

I got my haircut about a month ago by Kelly & she was amazing. My hair was really long & I HAD a lot of damage from bleach/color. I knew I needed to take a good amount of the length off if I wanted to get a healthy look & feel again. She knew exactly what she was doing. Her method of layering my hair was awesome (I think it’s called slicing) & I absolutely love the way my layers fall into place. She even took the time to actually style my hair! I’ve gone to other places where they barely blow dry it all the way (even though I’m paying them for it too) & she went all out with the blow dryer/ straightener. She & the rest of the staff are so nice & I’m definitely going back to get color soon. I’m happy that I finally found a stylist I can stick with. She is incredibly talented & a true artist. I highly recommend this salon to anyone, they are very welcoming to everyone.

My mom went here today to pick up my with belongs she said last week she had an could do curb side pick up now today she wanted to start yelling an me an my mom about an appointment. I am 9 an wanting my toys she then told me get get an how I wouldn't be getting my belongs because she will make sure to .ail them back as she called my mom the b word. I left crying an I think she needs to be shut down. If she can't do all these things she needs to not have wish ma items there. I lost my home to a fire all I wanted was my toys back shes a mean woman. An told me good luck after she sends to China ill never get them

she has false advertise and overcharge her clients for simple cut and styles . Will never go there again, I don’t recommend it to anyone. Poor communication and customer service.
