Horrible experience. My measuring was rescheduled twice due to office errors. Finally we agreed on a 0830 bid, two weeks out. The morning of I gave them a call at 0845 and asked if everything was still a go. I was informed that the drivers were running late but they had just left the shop. An hour later they called me and said that the driver was ready to come out but they lost my ticket and they needed my address again! After 4 weeks of being shuffled around and being stood up for an hour on my arranged bid day, I have absolutely zero faith in this company.
