Totally unreliable. Sought a safe from their own dedicated website. Drove an hour to pick it up only to be told that the online price has been incorrectly entered ( as are all their other prices listed for all the other safes on their website) and to add another 80. Refused to honour the price from their own site. Coupled with their lack of technical knowledge of their own safes, I found, in all, their customer service totally lacking. Just excellent at making ridiculously lame excuses so sadly whilst I thought trying a locksmith might offer professional service, I was sadly disappointed with this particular one. Try Newcastle locksmiths instead...

This guy is a champion. Called at 1:30 in the morning. Arrived within 45 minutes. While the other companies didn't even received the phone. Service was cheaper than my expectation as a very late hour service.
