Moving from dine-in restaurant to takeaway service, Ambican provided a good first order but the 2nd order did not go to plan. Same codes as first order were quoted but different products arrived. On phoning them to discuss, the customer service was very poor and we will not be shopping with them again.

I own a small cafe in Somerset (the old dairy cafe) and found Ambican online whilst looking for environmentally friendly packaging. Not only are they good value for money but they have a really good range which means I can get everything I need from them and save on delivery charges. BUt the best thing about using them is their delivery and customer service. I cannot praise them enough for the way they handle the calls that come in. Firstly they answer the phone, secondly they are efficient and helpful. On the one occasion where I had a delivery discrepancy ( and I have ordered from them many times with nothing but fast and accurate service)it was dealt with immediately and thoroughly. I cannot recommend them enough. You are welcome to call the cafe and I will tell you!
