This is not Original Ambur star Briyani... Very salty, high priced, below average taste and poor quality food as an add-on we also had a stone on the biriyani which is shown in the below image, when highlighted to the management they reluctantly said it could have happened by mistake and complimented with two small pieces of mutton from the same Stony briyani.. left this place with a very unpleasant note. I would personally suggest to avoid this place unless you don't have any other choice to satisfy your hunger, yet not worth the price... Later found the original Ambur Biriyani is a Kilometre away from this place on the same line.... There are more than 4 Fake Ambur Star Briyani, pls make sure to find the genuine one to void disappointment.

It's very expensive for the experience, I would expect certain intangibles when I pay 250 for a plate of mutton biriyani. Its gives a road side eatery feel but costs similar to a upscale restaurant in Chennai. Taste doesn't compensate the shortcomings.
Briyani taste was too good. Only negative which I have noticed was they serve in basmati rice. Otherwise taste was good and easy accessible
They claimed themselves to be the original star biriyani which was started in Ambur. The looks of it and the cleanliness infront of the shop didn't look so. I had a vivid thought of having a fantastic star biriyani just next to Ambur bus stand which was in a small eatery. Not sure if this is the one.
Do not visit this place. It is not the authentic ambur biryani. Unprofessional staffs.

Food is okay, the quality and quantity are average. Ambur biriyani is famous dish in the restaurant, but not that great compared to other Biriyanis available. The restaurant has enough parking, limited seating upto 25 persons. All forms of payment options available.
