The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of pet foods to choose from and the stock is well rotated. I took away one star because every time I've shopped this location at least 2 aisles are blocked by a skid of items waiting to be stocked.

Check out their website for their in store pick-up prices. They are usually better than prices offered in the retail locations and they don't honor the online price. Most employees at this location appeared to be teenagers, which made for a less than desired level of customer service. They were closing and I noticed we were missing an item in our pickup order. I sent my 12 yr. Old daughter in to tell them before they locked the doors and they didn't acknowledge or respond to her. I later found out the item was out of stock but communication could have led to a better experience. In general Petco has always been overpriced, but they used to have knowledgeable adult employees.
The past two times I've been here is like no employee works here. The pictures are from a previous visit but it's not the first time I've seen it this way. Considering my father is disabled and has a service dog traversing these aisles let alone trying to get products became virtually impossible. Also bought 2 dog toys here 1 of them a 18 GIANT 1 and both in under 5 minutes of giving them to my dog they had rips/tears in them. No he didn't pull out tug on them
It was getting ready to snow, was ready for the calm of the evening... Then I remember I never picked up dog food! So I went to the petco app & requests a bog bag of my Hausy's food. Went called they put in car was back home in no time.. Thank you.
This Petco is by far one of the worst I’ve seen when it comes to stocking insects. It’s October and they have jars of Fruit Flys from the beginning part of August. Meal worms are rarely ever in stock. They swear up and down that they get shipments ever Tuesday. I know that this is a bold face lie to please the customer and try to bring them back. The only thing they really keep up is crickets. There is only one or two employees that are really knowledgeable about animals. The rest of them only have a very limited knowledge of a few types of animals, but try to pass themselves as expert and give advice.
