24.10.19: Maxibrief nach Österreich (7) bezahlt, obwohl nur ein Großbrief (3,70) hätte berechnet werden dürfen. Habe nochmal auf der Homepage der Dt. Post nachgeschaut: Ein Großbrief muss nicht max. 2cm dick sein! Vorgaben: LBH max. 90cm, max. 500g Gewicht - war alles eingehalten. Bitte die Mitarbeiter besser informieren!
