Cant thank American Carports Inc enough for the job they did with my carport. Just had my 2020 carport installed and I'm more than happy with the results. From the phone call to the installation, everyone was PROFESSIONAL! Really great service. They worked with me to get everything exactly the way I wanted it. Since I have a father that getting up in age its hard for him to move around. They were able to get a 10 foot header installed just for that reason.. I will continue to recommend them, my neighbors are already placing their orders. Thank you to everyone over there! -Robert

Max and his crew, who installed our building (48'X18'X12'), were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very hardworking! They made sure it was built exactly as we had hoped, even adding a nice doorway for us. Since it was a Saturday my husband and I had a chance to watch most of the project and we were impressed. We have yet to see how well it holds up to the high winds in our area but everything that could be done to anchor it was applied. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Company lacks pride in job well done and very poor customer service. Although my salesman was nice and has helped facilitate multiple concerns, the rest of the company is dismissive and slow to respond. Unbelievably, workers took a hammer to the edge of a newly poured 8000, concrete slab to “make things fit better”. After having shop installed on Dec 2, I notified Colusa branch manager that the door was not square. I was given the excuse, that “all their doors are hang this way; the manufacture they buy them from doesn’t build them square.” I escalated this concern to office in Texas who agreed to schedule someone to come out and fix it. In the interim, rains came and there are leaks along the entire ridge cap and one side. I was contacted on Jan 4th, by Jordan from the Texas office to “schedule” a fix for the leak. I reminded him of the door, which he again tried to dismiss , but agreed they would take a look when they came out. He put me on hold to talk as he was going to transfer me to scheduling, but after 10 minutes, came back on the line and said “I have to apologize, I can’t get a hold of anyone right now, but they will call in you a couple weeks to set up an appt.” Can’t wait to see how this goes, I fully expect to have to follow up a few times, before they finally send a guy out with a crow bar and tube of caulk...

I order a building 3 months ago can not get a date to install yet It is almost impossible to talk to a scheduler and the one time I did she was very rude and wanted to tell me her problems and not interested in mine. She told me someone would set up delivery within 3 weeks it been over a month and they dont answer the phone or call back. If you are looking to get a building in a reasonable amount of time or you would like customer service this is not the company for you.

bought a larger building in 2019, bottom frame seals were never installed even though i paid for them. no one bothered to return my calls about the issue. ordered a carport through a company name not of their own but once deposit was paid i was notified it was this company again. order placed august of 2020, received one call notifying order was received and never heard back again. ive had to call and send emails and i had one call back in October stating that they would install in 2 weeks. we are now in January of 2021 and no carport no refund. no one has bothered to contact me at all. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had to purchase another carport since they just took my deposit and never installed it. IWILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND NO IM NOT CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME.
