Had a great experience with Lauren on an overdue bill. She'd contacted me and we showed different amounts due. Instead of collecting the full amount, she told me she would call me back after she verified the amount due. Several weeks later she contacted me with the adjusted amount and I paid it. She was very pleasant and helpful!
