These guys are patient, knowledgeable & so helpful. I am technologically challenged and they Always fix the problem from a my computer being locked due to a virus to taking the time to fix a key on my laptop when it popped off. It feels really good to know that if I have a computer issue they will be the ones to solve it. I am so grateful to have them in my corner. Their prices are reasonable as well. Sam hooked me up with a sweet computer and Mike did the build. Mike went through a lot of trouble getting the operating system and disk partitioning just right. I highly recommend American Computer Telecom, Sam and his knowledgeable and cordial staff. Let's be honest, most often when you go see a company like this for tech support, it's because something bad has happened that you can't fix or don't want to tackle on your own. You are stressed out and in my case, my business is on the line! Sam and his staff take an empathetic, calm approach and help you get up on the other side of the problem as quickly and reasonably as possible. The issues American Computer Telecom have tackled for me include hard drive crashes (2) and a triage with a windows operating system upgrade that did not go smoothly on our end as the documentation suggested it would. They have a nice facility on Starkey with all the equipment needed for diagnosis, repair, etc. Today, Sam really showed what an honest business person he is. I was getting a nonsystem disk error when I turned on my laptop. From the reading I did, I suspected that my hard drive had come unseated while traveling. I could have opened the computer and looked myself, but I also recognized the risk of static charge if I didn't do it correctly and knew if the issue was deeper that immediate action that would be needed to try to save the data. I have had enough drive issues to be gun shy! Happily, it was an unseat issue and while I was perfectly willing to pay Sam, he saw the few minutes it took to fix the problem as an opportunity to build good will and send me on my way. (He also cleaned the fan at my request. (Wow, the cans you use at home do nothing compared to the high tech blaster he has). He knows I'll be back! I call ahead to make sure someone can see me upon arrival.

I had a virus so bad that I was honestly expecting to buy a new computer. The virus kept quickly freezing my computer and even in safe mode I wasn't able to do anything. I had a couple work things on my computer and I was hoping that American Computer would be able to get me some of my files back- that's the only reason I even bothered to let them try with my computer. They ended up saving every part of my computer and gave it back to me virus free. I am amazed!

The past months I have had computer problems. I bought a comp. that had windows 8. Brought it back the next day. Looked all over for a comp. that did not have windows 8. I was looking for a place on Google maps and saw a sign that said computers. I went the next day. Talked to Sam and he had what I have been looking for. No high pressure sales, it was like talking to someone you have known for years. I have another computer that I am going to bring to him with confidence that the job will be done with professionalism and care. You need help, drop by and chat with Sam. You will be glad you did.

well i crashed my screen in my laptop and i took the laptop here and they fixed it in very demand-able time as well as reasonable and fair price and very helpful whenever you are there for help, answer are clinical as well as on the spot and honest. customer feedback is at best and satisfaction to go back ever to them in future. recommendation: the word "go" "SAM" the MAN
