Go anywhere but here.. By far the worst company I have worked with/dealt with since moving into my new home... I was initially charged the full amount for quarterly services-OK nothing out of the ordinary there.. account was not set up properly for almost a month, therefore services were not rendered for that month. I paid, mistakes were made on there end.. Yet I still paid for that month... took valuable time out of my work day to sit on hold with this company to then have them tell me tough h*t... absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. You pay for a service it should completed CORRECTLY if not they should reimburse you the amount(which they have refused 3 times!)-its a simple principal- NOT about the money! Any good business should know that...

American Disposal evidently purchased geographic rights from Waste Management in my neighborhood approximately 3 years ago. It has been one SNAFU followed by others. I have found them often tardy. There have been occasions when trash isn’t picked up at all. The telephone representatives are cordial but clueless. They make service promises that aren’t kept. My most recent problem stemmed from the unauthorized taking of the trash can. This wasn’t related to an unpaid bill, as I am paid through the next period. If I had not called to complain, it would have gone unnoticed. The promise to expedite a replacement has yet to be fulfilled. This is the worst trash service I have encountered in all of my years as a homeowner with 5 different homes. If you don’t mind being frustrated, this is the service for you.

Find Trash Service

We had a elderly customer who is not very technology friendly contact us to help her Find Trash Service near her who could start immediately as her prior provider did not work out. We were able to contact American Disposal and set her up with a number and a sales rep. Very friendly and easy to communicate with and the customer was happy to find fast service to start the following week. Would definitely recommend.
