DO NOT USE!!! Messed up the appraisal for my son in law and daughter and refused to do another appraisal to fix the mistakes.

This company is absolute trash, they appraised my brother and sisters house wrong, including the wrong amount of rooms and the year the house was built, used houses not even close to this property to aid in the appraisal. Refused to fix the appraisal or give a refund to get a new appraisal. They lost the sale on the house over this. If you actually want to get a house do not use this company.
