American Ear Hearing is an excellent place to go for hearing aids. Nate is knowledgeable, patient and always has a smile on his face. He makes the appointment enjoyable and always finds the solution to the problem. Sharon always makes you feel like part of the family when you walk into the office. She is very efficient and has a warm personality. I would highly recommend the Hilliard location.

Great service on return visits. If there is an issue with hearing aid they try to correct it at the office if not able to fix it there it is sent back and problem is fixed. Great turn around time. The staff at the Hilliard office aims to please. I would highly recommend this office and there product.

I was referred to American Ear by my doctor after I did not hear from my left ear after a physical. I got to see Nate Colace just before Christmas. He explained in detail each step during the exam. After the exam, he explained the areas where I was having issues. Higher frequencies and consonants were the areas I was having problems. Also, I had tinnitus. I have been wearing the hearing aids for a month and it has been wonderful. The white noise has reduced the tinnitus to almost nothing. Nate listens and answers all questions you may have.
