The girl in administration is very kind! Dr.Lopez is as honest as can be. Sometimes you do wait a bit but overall I have nothing but great experiences here

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!! This place is super unprofessional. Its posted to wait out side if there is 5 or more people in the lobby. But when they call your name and you don't come (because you are out side) they skip you. The lady at the front has an attitude and seems like she hates her job. I wouldn't recommend unless you have to go. Then you make an appointment to sit and wait 2 hours to be seen and you pay for itand they don't see you until YOU say something. THIS PLACE IS A DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE MEDICAL FEILD

Horrendous service. I went to the office to have my blood test results read to me. I PAID them for this service. And after 30 minutes of having me wait, Dr. Lopez nonchalantly tells me he doesn't have my results. They took my money and wasted an hour and a half of my day for nothing! This was 2-3 weeks ago and I still cannot get Dr. Lopez to give me a call to explain my results to me! I've explained that I'm only available on Saturdays and yet Dr. Lopez and his staff keep telling ME to call the office on Monday. They took my money for a service that they never provided! This is outrageous! Absolute worst experience I have EVER had with a doctor. I am even considering reporting them.

The Service is not bad but i giving one star because the administration is so BAD, be careful if you stop services with them they send you to COLLECTION WITHOUT ANY ADVICE!!, the last appointment i had the girl at the desk told me how much i own so i pay, few days after that they called me to make and appointment, i just cancel the appointment and told them that i make an appointment when i need it, and now i receive the COLLECTION LETTER!, i call them, leave a message and they never called me back. Plus the Dr. Lopez was in a bad mood, he is not friendly at all. Just DON'T GO THERE!!!

One of the worst doctors office is I have ever been to in my life with the worst service ever! I recommend never coming near this place if you want help because this will be the last place to give it to you. They have so much staff and no one does nothing for you.
