I have been to this brand numerous of times thru out the years, They are very professional & very friendly & nice, I do understand why they hve tellers behind the screens, Its 4 there security, BANK DO GET ROBBED!!! I also dealt wth the customer service representative's & they was very nice, professional & ask me if they could do anything else 4 me, I've been banking here over 15 years now!!!! Best Credit Union, tht I have dealt with!!!! I live the shared banking!!! I used it @ other Credit Unions, I never had a problem!!!!!

Honestly I really hate the Pat machine. The machine allows you to deposit cash all at once then pushes out the rejected bills. I had to reinsert by bills 6 times. This was a total waist of time. If I had a regular teller they would of took the money and I would of been done. The phones have super germs. Sometimes they have wipes but sometimes they don't, and If you don't use the phone people can see your transaction. What's even worse if you have to wait in line for a pat machine really takes away from the purpose of faster transactions . I really think.PAT IS WHACK.
