We rented from AHM for over 5 years never late on rent. We decided to move out because owner wanted to raise the rent in n the middle of this pandemic. We could only give 30-day notice so they kept our security deposit. Mind you our lease went month to month years ago. We get it rules are rules so we understand about the security deposit. But then Natalie hit us with a 318 cleaning fee. We took pictures before we moved out because we knew she was going to try something. She refused to do a walk through before we moved out. We left the property better than we found it. Also this property did not have carpeting it had fake wood floors. So carpet cleaning wasn't a factor but she still found excuses to charge us more money. even the original blinds were in good condition when we left. I called her to talk about it she refused to talk to me said she didn't like the emails I sent her prior to moving out. It's almost like she took it personal that we moved out. I'm not going to bash the whole York office because Millie is actually a pleasure to talk to. She talks to her tenants like human beings. Natalie talks to tenants like she's a robot no emotion no feelings no compassion. You would think after us being tenants for over 5 years she would show some kind of empathy. In the end all you are to Natalie is a name on a piece of paper. We were transferred to this management company when they bought Cherry Lane realty. We didn't pick them. And I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Spent 35.00 on application for property that was 795 a month. Called Natalie 3 times before I was able to get hold of her. When I finally was able to speak to her she had a attitude and told me I have to give her time to look at the application. Two days later she calls and sounds very happy to let me know that the house is already under contract and my income doesn’t qualify me for the house. Mind you my combined household is income is 6700.00 a month and I currently pay 1300 a month in rent. 500 more than the property I applied for. So basically this company stole 35 dollars from me. Don’t expect any help from the owner either, I reached out to him as well which was just a waste of time. Don’t support this sham of a company, there values are not American.

I been with american heritage for years.. They work with u also they are very respectful people and understanding. There maintenance crew is awesome they became family.. If you need a place go to them..

After renting from American Heritage for 3 years our lease was ending due to the owner wanting to sell the home. We talked with our property manager Natalie Ramigio about what needed to be done in the home to ensure we received our deposit back. Natalie assures is that it needed to be cleaned, holes patched up and carpets professionally cleaned. She also assured us that she would be doing a walk through with the owner to ensure everything was done. When we moved out we did all those things plus painted, replaced the furnace filter. When we received a letter informing us that the home was left in terrible condition and they would be holding our deposit to cover damages we called Natalie to get clarification because we know how we left the home. Natalie stayed that she was on vacation when the keys were turned over to the owner and allowed her to do her own walk through and take pictures. When Natalie returned from vacation she said she did do a walk thru but the owner already started repairs. We reached out to her supervisor Millie who reiterated everything for us. I asked her why there was no one covering for Natalie while she was on vacation. She had no answer and said we needed to put something in writing. We sent a formal letter disputing these claims. We received a response from the owner with a bill attached from Carpets being replaced throughout the house and that we were not receiving our deposit back and also letting us know we should be thankful they didn’t charge us more. This was by far the most unprofessional experience ever by a property manager. It is literally her job to do a walk through and because she was on vacation it wasn’t her problem. I do not recommend anyone ever rent from American Heritage as they are unprofessional and do not hold their staff accountable!

Zero integrity from Natalia Remigio. Zero confindetial from Natalia Remigio (She give informartion to my ex to where I moved and he is not in the lease). If you live in the house this agency agree a new residents go in to see the apartament don't matter your stuff, dont matter if yoi have kids in side, dont matter the criminality in the area). I pay monthly responsable and on time my rentfor 3 years, I give to her 61 days before I leave and Natalia Remigio give bad reputation about me to the another agency. I not recommended at all American Heritage Property Managment.I have record about everything she send and she talk. Natalia Remigio you are ZERO. Also never answer the phone.
