We are giving Chris 4 stars only because there were some initial hiccups in communicating, likely because the job was passed from his uncle on to him. We needed someone to build a staircase to our back entrance with a landing that extended to the sliding glass door so that we could pass a building inspection and move into our new home. Once we connected, Chris was quickly able to visit the site for a coordinated meeting between him, our landscaper, and our carport installer, so that the steps would be in the right place. Knowing that our timeline was tight because we want to move in soon (and despite an injured foot!), Chris and his team were on the job in just a few days and implemented a rather complicated design quickly and well. Thank you!

Chris has been great from the very first phone call. My Quonset hut home project is a little out of the ordinary but Chris and his crew have been up to the task. Communicating clearly about the job and scheduling, doing a great job and keeping the job site clean and cared for, communicating any issues that have needed to be addressed and making sure all the work is professional and up to county code. Chris @ American Made Home Improvements sincerely made my children's year!! With gyms and sport events closed temporarily right now, they really wanted to engage in playing basketball. Chris responded same day to our inquiry and two days later our new basketball goal was built and ready for a family game of basketball before noon! Highly recommended and will be our go to again!! He was punctual, ready with everything needed equipment and tool wise, professional and responsible! We thank you sincerely for such prompt service!
Highly recommend. We are new to the area, so it's good to know reliable, friendly, super handy connections. He helped me stop my fridge from leaking (WHAT a relief!) and fixed a light that kept shorting out. To top it off, super reasonable on price too. Chris came highly recommended by my real estate agent. Now he will be my GO TO Handyman!
Chris was very attentive to our wishes and did exactly what he said from start to finish. He and his crew were always punctual and hard working. Our floors look fabulous. Chris, Randy and Justin installed our floors with the same care they would have used to install their own. The quality of their work is nothing but professional. The pay was a great value for the excellent craftsmanship we received.
First class in every aspect! I worked with Chris on a new home build for framing, roofing, siding, interior trim and front porch/deck. All of his work work was high quality.
