It was my first time seeking help in filing my tax returns. I was recommended this specific location by many friends and family members. Unfortunately, they failed to submit my tax return even after their staff confirmed my tax returns had been submitted. Four months of waiting for my tax returns, I decided to call IRS to check the status of my return, obtain an ETA, and check if my ETA was being effected by the pandemic. IRS informed me that I had no tax returns pending and to check with the facility who filed my tax returns. After many attempts to contact American Tax Consultant’s, they finally responded to my email. I was not the only person they failed to submit my tax returns for. I can certainly say that I will not be returning. Turbo Tax works more efficiently and at a lower cost.
