I came in for an emergency, i lost my glasses and i could not see. They helped me. They worked with me to get a pair of glasses as soon as possible. Dave helped me pick out a nice pair of glasses, got my measurements and worked his magic so that i could have my glasses the next day. Thank you all very much for the service and helping me in a crisis. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs glasses.

I have used this office to have a bunch of lenses made over the years, and am always glad I chose to work with them. The front desk staff is always friendly and knows me on a first-name basis, and the optician Dave has gone above and beyond in working with both my sensory issues and with me personally. I have a sensory-processing disorder and problems with my vision can majorly affect my functioning. Since the first time I walked in and explained my needs, I was patiently listened to and Dave personally worked with me to make sure the type of lenses I needed would be within my budget and would work with the frames I brought in. Dave went out of his way to look further into glasses for my condition and produced a pair of lenses that had a tint specifically used for people with my condition. He has also swapped my lenses out into new frames when my frame broke twice, no questions asked (even though he warned me from the start about the brand of frames I had!) I never forgot that kindness and when I needed a new prescription this year, I went to this office again. The script I brought in turned out to be incorrect but once again, this optician went out of his way multiple times until they ended up correct. I would definitely continue coming here because I really feel like I am getting great and personalized service and help in getting exactly what I need. I’ve learned a lot about what glasses work for me and am so grateful to have found this office. - Salem :)
I cannot commend the staff at America’s Vision enough. I’m elated to have finally found a place that takes care of my needs and does so with attention to fine detail and genuine interest in my welfare. As one of the other reviewers had mentioned, the front desk knows you on a first name basis and as soon as you walk through the doors, they address you courteously. I had bad experiences before with other eye doctors and so I went into this expecting to be treated in a similar fashion. I thought they would disrespect me and just ignore anything I had to say but I was pleasantly surprised because Dr. Derco is so patient and caring. My job requires me to look at a computer for extended hours at a time. When I explained this to him, he listened to my entire story and he gave me pointers on how I could optimize my eye health. Most doctors are rushing you out the door and don’t listen to what your concerns are but Dr. Derco was attentive and empathetic to my needs. His examination was very thorough and his advice helped me because he showed me little tips and tricks. I was having bad migraines before but with his advice, now I’m feeling so much better. He gave me advice on drops I could potentially try out and they have been amazing for me!! After the examination I spoke with Dave about which glasses and contacts to purchase and I was happy to have worked with him. His diligence and empathy that he extended was much appreciated. He went above and beyond going over the cost, expectations, and recommending me something nice. I respect how much he went out of his way to help me out and for that I could never leave the team at America’s vision. What they showed me was that they look out for their customers! You can’t go wrong with them!
Very personable and supportive staff. I'm never rushed out before getting any questions answered and I never have to wait long in the waiting room for an appointment. Special thanks to Dave for helping me with my new lenses.

I had a positive experiences at America's Vision. I like to ask questions, and they were answered. The staff was welcoming and entertained my friend's nonsensical jokes :). Th eye exam was thorough, and all my questions were answered in detail. Glasses selection was solid, and i was provided with the step by step process on what was wrong with my old glasses, what works best with my head shape and look. Overall positive customer service and experience.
Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. Dave is very knowledgeable and made great recommendations which I took and much appreciated. I highly recommend this business. They made getting my glasses such a great and easy experience.
