Waiting for a train to get to rickmansworth for a class, should have been at the station at 7:44, never arrived. Tried asking a member of staff what was going on and she didn't seem to understand and directed us to another member of staff who took 10 minutes to find out that the train had been cancelled by whoever. Long story short if you need to get somewhere, better to try getting there 2 hours early because there's one train every 30 minutes and there's a very high chance most of them just don't exist and the times they're giving you are bogus.

My main concern is that I don't think you can buy Chiltern tickets from the station, unless I wasn't looking properly outside the station. The ticket machine inside works only for the TFL network, and not for travelling towards Aylesbury - if memory serves me correctly.
Well maintained station - just a shame that it’s not staffed all day every day anymore, I’ve been stuck with tickets not working a few times and had to rush through the barriers with other passengers because there were no staff to call on.
The people who work on this station are brilliant and so helpful.
It's a nice station, especially in autumn.
Easy small station for taking the tube/train to London
