Parking is a bit of a challenge if you're not familiar with the area but that's not an issue for the paper. Just something to note if you're visiting for the first time. There is a receptionist right through the front door so I had no problem getting my business done. The building has some history as I remember it growing up in the Ames area back in the 60s and 70s.
