I was called umpteen times by the HR & various HR personnel at Ametek at late evenings & a personal interview was scheduled in short notice for a senior position. It is now almost a month, whilst there is no update from the Ametek team and I notice active recruitment advertisements for a junior role in the same domain/function . They had told that they will schedule the next round within a week as they needed the new personnel onboard . But no response even after follow up mails or calls. They can at least respond to emails if they find it hard to answer calls from Senior management candidates who spend hours/energies to drive all the way to their office and attend interview by sacrificing time in the working week time to meet the Ametek interview panel. Seems no regard to the time/efforts of candidates Thereby sending out very negative vibes of the management style & working culture within Ametek India/Bengaluru HO .

I have attended my interview and got over with two rounds. They have told that they will schedule and call for the next round. But no response even after follow up mails. They can at least respond to my mail. I had followed with them because they had informed as positive feedback after my second round and i expected for third round interview. But no reply.
