I moved into these apartments about a week before Christmas and I’m very happy with my decision. I rented a small upstairs apartment that meets my needs and I especially like the kitchen with the new appliances. I had an issue with the toilet (it kept running), but management addressed this problem very quickly. In addition, they sent someone to lift the carpet so that I could run computer cables for my work-related projects. My neighbors have also been very friendly and outgoing. Overall, I’m grateful that I moved to the Amherst Apartments!

I toured Amherst this past weekend and was very impressed by grounds and staff. The Manager, Alyssa was very nice, thorough and knowledgeable of area. Those qualities are invaluable for someone who will be new to area. I'll definitely be leasing in the summer!

I've lived here for a year and a few months and it's been okay. Office staff doesn't really communicate very well but the maintenance team more than makes up for that. The grounds are relatively clean. Work orders are taken care of quickly. Maintenance is super friendly and they take what you have to say into consideration. The one thing I do not like about my apartment is the kitchen. It looks big but it really isn't! The cabinets are super deceiving - they looks like you'll have tons of space but you won't. You will definitely have to get creative with storage.

Best apartments in the Bedford hands down. Very safe location. The management and maintenance staff is great and very professional. They really care about their residents. Plenty of their residents have been living there for a very long time. They will hold your packages to make sure they are in a safe location from theft. Maintenance keeps up with the property. I can’t say enough how satisfied I am.
