We had an amazing experience with Kenny Carpets. We recently moved from out of state, and they were able to work with us remotely to setup a demo / install for 800 SF of new HW flooring in our house. They really went above and beyond, working with our real estate agent to get into the house to measure and also send us pictures of flooring samples in each room. The icing on the cake? They were able to get the job done between the 2 weeks of our closing and move-in date. The end result looks incredible and we couldn't be happier. Cheers!

So, if the linoleum flooring in my bathroom was installed incorrectly, not properly glued and sealed utilizing improper caulk, what should I do? Normally, you would contact the store at which you purchased the product from (Kenny Carpets & Floors on Sheridan Dr). I did that, at least six times. I talked to the salesman a couple of those times, and a couple times he called me back. Every time, I was promised that it would be fixed or that I would get a phone call back from the person in charge of installation. I have never heard from that person in charge of installation and my flooring still needs to be fixed. Where to go from here? The flooring was installed in early September... The reason for a two-star review versus one star is that we had carpenting installed in my daughter's bedroom two weeks after the initial linoleum installation. We are pleased with the carpeting and the installation that took place at that time. This could have been a four or five-star review had the problem been taken care of after the first or second call. Waiting three plus months for a simple fix is absolutely ridiculous!

I had vinyl flooring installed and I could not be happier. It looks beautiful!!! John, Robbie and Phil were a terrific team! It was a 2 day install, they worked very hard, the end result, a beautiful looking floor Thank you!!!!!

Stay as far away from this place. My wife and I ordered carpet and flooring from there and Eric was the sales person they took the money started the work which was poor at best and never completely finished the job. Eric was called several time to make an appointment but they never could set a date to finish. It’s been over six months now. The next step is small claims court to finish or money to get it done by other. Stay clear of this place poor customer service and poor subcontractors. And stay clear of Eric he is a wast of your time. There is a reason why there review is only a 3.

I bought a high quality 100% nylon Masland carpet for our staircase from Kenny Carpets on Sheridan. I was able to get a very good deal that included padding that added extra-waterproof protection, since we have pets. I requested their best installer and was happy to wait until he was available. I'm glad I did: he installed using the 'Hollywood method' of wrapping the carpet around each stair. I'm am very happy with the results and highly recommend this store.
