Staff is mindless and don't understand their job, asked for all cheese, 4 times and the lady kept getting something wrong, shop is always overcrowded and a utter mess. And the food looks absolutely disgusting.

Sub was fine but again where is the soup? Its on the menu but I can never get it. I like soup with my sandwich. Do You? can we fix this please

absolute WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced. Two employees working, one is sweeping while the other decided it was an appropriate idea to have a 15 minute conversation with the customer ahead while my dad and i waited. Nothing but bad attitude when she approached us, did not smile ONCE. All over the place and sloppy service, messed up both mine and my dads order. I get it if your tired but really? definitely won’t be back. And need i mention how dry the bread is....
