Wonderful young man at the cart area in front of store, who was not only cleaning the carts but also engaging the clientele with polite conversation. 5 stars to him for being professional and personable! He even offered me a quarter for the cart, in case I didn't have one. Tall, slim, young man working on Sunday afternoon, Dec 27, 2020. He deserves the praise and a raise!

With the virus going around, I have had some very unpleasant experiences going to grocery stores with my two young sons. This No frills location was by far the friendliest and most understanding location that I have been to throughout all of this. My experiences in the past have been unpleasant upon entering the grocery store when I've asked for the disinfectant to wipe down the carts myself because my youngest likes to put everything in his mouth and eats the bars, and everywhere else I have gone to, the people minding the carts got offended that I asked to clean them myself. That wasn't the case at this no-frills. Upon walking up to the front door the lady noticed I was holding my youngest son and she immediately started sanitizing the cart a second time for me, even the chain that dangles down which he likes to put in his mouth and I thanked her for being so understanding because I haven't received that kind of customer service at other places. The cashiers were also extremely friendly even though my youngest son was having a crying fit in the cart while I was packing my groceries. Thank you everyone who works here that made my experience today a pleasant one!!
