First and foremost the cabinets are absolutely beautiful, the carpenters are very skilled. The two stars comes from the business itself. For a custom cabinet company you would expect some sort of professionalism, honesty, and punctuality...and this is not the case. The company will continually over promise and under deliver. No deadlines are ever met. You are constantly wondering if Ryan listened to the conversation had, because he will act like it never happened. Things that are promised in a week will end up being four weeks (easily). I hope this company gets their act together because the work is beautiful. I hate to write a negative review but I’d like people to do their research before jumping in with this company. They caused us a lot of stress. Our kitchen is finally completed but we can honestly say through many home renovations this business was one of the most frustrating to work with.

I work in emergency medical services and we’re trained to treat each patient like its a family member. Obviously you’d provide the best quality service to those you love and cherish. This is exactly the same experience I’ve always received from Ryan and the gang over at Amish Kitchen Gallery. It’s not a corporation looking to squeeze a penny from you. It’s your local neighbors who provide the highest quality kitchen cabinetry; hand carved, precisely measured, and impeccably executed from start to finish.

Everything was fully custom designed and measured specifically for our space. They even designed and made a stainless steel countertop for our island. It's our favorite part of the kitchen! I recommend them with 5 stars for both professionalism and quality. They are great people to work with on every level.
