This is by far the best martial arts school in Anglesey area. The new facility is Amazing its always clean (visual & smell). Marie and Lauren are polite, friendly, professional and always have the students best interest at heart.

I joined this class 3 months ago as a 60 year old with a dodgy shoulder and a painful knee. Today I am 100% fitter, the shoulder is almost pain free, and so is the knee... and I have achieved my first belt! The atmosphere is incredibly positive, the other members are all really nice people, and there are a lot of laughs! I am not saying it is easy, but it is definitely worth it.
