the woman's clinic left me outside for an hour and a half waiting for an ultrasound because I was having increased pain due to my endometriosis diagnosis. I soon found out they forgot I was outside and had no idea why I was there when I questioned the wait. I had to ask for a doctor's not for leaving work and they gave me a doctor's note with the wrong name on it. they offered no apology, the doctor did not come out to see me or to let me know when I could come back or what my pain levels were after waiting and having to drive an hour to see them. Literally no care at all. Seeing my doctor is a pain. After my diagnosis, there was no guidance or follow up. this experience above was a horrible experience and was not the first one, just the last straw.

My doctor is amazing, Dr. Carmack! However, the front desk just doesn’t seem to be anywhere in the building. Every time I call to make an appointment, it’ll take me roughly an hour of constant calling to get somebody to answer the phone. Once they do answer, it’s an attitude like you’re being an inconvenience to them for calling. They should really consider hiring new people because this is ridiculous. To be specific, the lady I always end up answering in a rude manner is Hannah.

When I went to my appointment the receptionist greeted me and was kind and helpful. My doctor was also the same way. Overall, at the time I went it was very busy but however I had a pleasant experience. I will continue to entrust the health care professionals with my healthcare needs and if needed, I prefer to receive services from this facility in my future.

I had my son here 8months pp evary clean sweet people an vary carrying i loved my nurse's too i had to have a c section an even when i had to have my needle in my back they helped me stay calm there team is amazing an when my son had to come back with jondes they helped with everything if i ever get blessed with a nother baby im definitely going here aging
