I recently ordered 18 hibiscus plants from Vivergil because the price was good, despite expensive shipping. The plants were supposed to be between 30cm and 50cm tall. Most were around 20 to 30cm tall, with a few slightly taller ones. They were advertised as being in 1.5-litre pots, but they had been transferred into very thin, transparent plastic bags. Some of these were torn, and the earth had been shaken off the roots of all the plants. The soil was dry. The boxes were poorly sealed, with some branches sticking out through gaps in the sides and no markings to show which way should be upwards. Some plants were on their sides or upside-down. Luckily the delivery arrived very quickly, I got the plants in the ground immediately and watered them, so they have all survived, but I was not impressed with the packaging. When I emailed the owner to advise him of this, and to ask why the plants were removed from their pots for shipping, I received no reply.

Compramos Lippias hace tres semanas y llegaron en un estado lamentable...metidas en una bolsa de plástico y cada planta de un tamaño ridículo...adjunto fotos de su estado actual y del primer día. Al menos es una planta fuerte y crecerá, pero obviamente no volveré a comprar en Vivergil.
Acabo de realizar mi segundo pedido, el primero fue bastante bien pese a las fechas complicadas por las fiestas. Por una confusión puse mala nota pero me atendieron bien para resolverlo. Las plantas llegaron en buen estado. Dispone de buena variedad de plantas.
Envio súper rápido y excelente atención anterior a la venta y posteriormente también. Muy recomendable
