I'm an Australian Traveling in Amsterdam. Bose quiet comfort 25's with active noise cancelation. Not only one of the best things I've bought for my travels but was super impressed with Bose Amsterdam when the right phone suddenly stopped working. Upon taking them there I was served by Dusko Jancic who understood my position with not being able to wait around for Repair so he replaced them on the spot ! What a legend ! Good by you Bose Amsterdam !
Today I came back with my Bose quietcomfort 25 it had small problem. Dusko replaced it on the spot. My receipt was in the computer. I'm still flabbergasted about the service. If you want to have good service and great Bose equipment go to Bose Amstelveen. Thanks Dusko
In the few years I've lived in the Netherlands, I've heard a lot about bad customer service. Well, this is definitely not true about the Bose shop in amstelveen! I don't know if it's the brand or the guy, Dusko Jancic, but he opened his shop 15 minutes earlier (wow, thanks man, I was ready to wait, good earphones are worth it!) because I was waiting outside, saw I was leaving the country today and didn't want to miss my (awesome) earphones too long, so he just replaced them for me on the spot, and I left a minute before the shop opening time! A huge thumb up, Dusko! Very much appreciated, now I can enjoy music again, finally after almost a week without my earphones! Merci :) I actually will come back when I have more time for a proper home sound ;)

The store is Closed permanently. There is no Bose store in Amsterdam anymore :( Why did you do that Bose !!!
