My experience with Fietshuys was excellent! I tried several shops, and even visited some shops of manufacturers. The service here was great, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They did not try to push a bike type, model or manufacturer, but worked to find out what I wanted and needed. I needed a bike to commute on but also for some exercise. I had a few features I thought I really wanted and they helped me figure it out.

Great service and a great bike! I walked into the store, tired from searching for an e-bike online. After listening to all my demands, in no time we found a perfect bike that fit all my needs. I'm really happy with my bike for the month (and the 1000km) that I had it already. And it's not just the bike, it's the service that is very personal, I just know I can come by with every issue or concern and they will take their time for you. In the past month I already sent a couple of friends there as well. So yes - definitely recommended!

I have recently bought a new bike from this shop. The service associated with breaking in the new bike has been very good. The service appointments have been efficiently completed and the adjustments needed have been professionally carried and with a extra effort. I’m a happy customer.

This shop has got to be one of the best shops (if not the best), I've ever attended. I was in extreme need of help, both my hydraulic brakes were faulty and spongy, somehow the mineral oil leaked. They had a full shop but allowed me to work on my bike. They lend me tools and a stand and didn't ask anything in return aside from a good conversation and a few laughs. People like Hans and Julian are the reason I love cycling, camaraderie that is simply close to none. Keep at it guys!
