Support online is confusing. Chat/support only available in Dutch. [email protected] works but you get 'unmonitored mailbox' as response. HP Case \[email protected]\u003e was used to reply to my email. Haven't received support yet so this review is just about the 'ease' of contacting HP Support in Netherlands.

Ordered a refurbished HP pc once and it worked great!
Never buy à HP printer, i wass warned but i did try (egain)...... Had to backwords downgrade rhe firmware of course. \all kinds of problems with \b grade\ cardridges\ with the new firmware .... Of course nothing wrong with the cardridges.... HP is keeping you hostage with their policy. Never buy HP.
Super unclear about deliver time. I purchased a laptop two weeks ago 30 Nov. The website first said next day delivery. Then it said it will arrive on the 5th, then 11th, then 12th, then 20th. And now after many other changes it says 28th of December. Starting to worry if its a scam. Would never buy it from here had I known. Not much email response either. 8 Jan. UPDATE: Its now 8th of Jan. and still its not here. In fact, the website says 23 Jan. Speechless! 23 Jan. UPDATE: For the past two months I have been checking HP store website like a crazy person, because I put all my savings into buying this laptop and I really need it. Now it says it will arrive on rd Feb. Which of course is another false claim. I will now start mobilizing people here who experienced the same. Did my research on law.
