I went to visit dentist for my son. Lovely and friendly staff. Doctor made sure that my son felt comfortable at facility considering it was his first visit to dentist.

Totally disappointing. They were unable to help me when I was in pain, so I have to help my self like in 19th century at home. Again, so disappointing.

These guys are absolute cheats. They gave an initial estimation that everything is covered under insurance for the treatment. And after the treatment they send me a bill of 200 euros. Absolutely unethical company and is run by money making mafia. Totally not recommend them.

Professional and friendly staff. I was lucky enough to get same day appointment for my urgent problem just after moving to Amstelveen. Since then, I joined to this practice with my whole family.

Too much money oriented, no care on the health of teeth at all, a few examples: -Making too often and much X-ray fotos. -Applying too much fluoride paste, which is costly and not seems to be helpful at all. -Already receiving a consulting bill, just by asking a few questions on possibility of doing some special treatment.

Liquid Depression

Ik vind de klantvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken. Mijn dochter komt hier regelmatig voor haar beugel. Bij de orthodontist genaamd Lydia zou ze een nieuwe draad krijgen. Met het afknippen van het stukje ijzerdraad dat uitstak schoot de orthodontist uit. De tang deed mijn dochter hierdoor erg veel pijn en de orthodontist riep tegen haar dat het haar eigen schuld zou zijn en beter stil moest liggen. Mijn dochter liep even later huilend met mij naar de auto. Het was moeilijk om haar rustig te krijgen aangezien hoeveel pijn het deed. Is één huilend kind nog niet genoeg?!
