This location provided the worst services I have ever had at Samsonite. I picked two non-Samsonite luggages in the luggage area and hoped to be assisted with my questions at this nearest counter. It's supposed that we can pay at any counter on the luggage area of this department store. However, the people standing at the counter with a Samsonite sign behind told me " we are busy, we are Samsonite" after my 15-min waiting, albeit there was only me. They could have suggested that I can/should go to another counter instead of letting me waiting and then being unfriendly to respond to my requests. I was used to be a Samsonite customer, but I will not buy any products from this brand after today's bad customer service experiences. Rimowa and many other brands are much better and trendy, and service friendly. Suggest they put a sign indicating " We are busy, we are Samsonite" in their territory.
