Very happy with Shurgard Self-Storage in Amstelveen. I've received detailed information over the phone. I could easily decide what to choose. Contracting was quick and efficient. Edgar and Nicoline were really helpful. Despite I don't speak Dutch, I could manage everything in English. THANK YOU! Highly recommended.
We’re in transition from storage places & decided to try shurgard Amstelveen. From the moment we stepped in the office; Edgar & Selim were really friendly! Edgar showed us different units, explained really well both in English & Dutch & Selim explained the insurance & how it works. We felt quite safe & confident through them to move over to storage places, we did it immediately! Really good service- thanks a lot!!!
Dear Readers, I am staying in Amsterdam for the last 4 years and this is the first time I felt so loved and welcomed at a store. Edgar , Nicoline and Selim are not only helpful, but as person extremely good, honest, respectful and friendliest people you will ever meet. Their on point recommendations will help you to understand not only the size of storage unit you need but also various other things associated with it. The kind of service they provide with the clarity cannot be matched and this makes me go back to them again and again. If the Shurguard management is reading I would ask where did they find these gem of guys :) . I can recommend the Amstelveen Store without doubt to anyone reading this review and I personally will recommend this to my family and friends. Just another uninspiring storage location at an uninspiring location. Having said that: it does what you expect it to bring and you might be pleased with the lack of thrills. Mind the pricing,which tends to grow faster with annual raises than you would expect.
