I have been a client of Specsavers for approximately 12 years now and have always been impressed by the quality of service, customer care and knowledge. They offer me great advice as to the sort of glasses that suit me and don't try to sell me the most expensive option. It is a delight to go to the shop. Also, everything is very Covid-19 secure: from the hand sanitiser by the door, to the number of customers allowed in the shop at any one time.

Very attentive and friendly staff members, which is super rare in Netherlands generally speaking. I visited yesterday to buy new pairs of glasses and all three employees at the store helped me out. (I was the only customer at the shop at the time) The guy who was in charge of me thoroughly explained everything in detail and gladly bent back the old glasses that I almost broke so I can wear them until I pick up new glasses from the store.

Final price for the "2*1" deal on frames, includes an extra 100 charge for regular lenses. In the website says this charge is included in the frame price. Is this a "English speaking" fee? I'm filling a complaint for this. Will update soon.

Its a nice shop with good variety of frames.. they gave good offer of 11 .. nice staff and nice service
Amazing collection of branded frames and very high quality of glasses. The only negative aspect is that the staff is extremely slow (or may be they give a lot of personal attention to everybody) and you could end up waiting for upto an hour before they find someone to attend to you.
I did not have a good experience with my purchase at specs saver amstelveen.Firstly I was given a wrong prescription and I visited the place 3 times to tell them I couldnt see with my new pair of glasses.I was sent back each time saying eyes take sometime to adjust.Finally 21 days later they rechecked it and found that there was mistake in noting down specification.I was told sorry thats it for the blunder caused. Besides they called me again for the contact lenses trial and when I reached the spot inspite of being unwell they told me that because of new customers they cant attend me and I had to go back.So I am really disappointed with the experience I had.
