Terrible online service!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SERVICE! i ordered a few things from the store on April 24 2019. I then waited a week for delivery- nothing!! no email, no notification of a delay- nothing! I then sent an email. i was told they were sorry they thought i would be picking the parcel up in store(although i paid for delivery) and that they would send it the next day. It is now 5 days later- STILL NO PACKAGE! They did not even have the decency to send me a mail and apologize for the poor service and the trouble they have put me through. People use online services who have busy lives- this is the last thing one needs! When you pay a lot for a service, you expect good service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Ordered a cake on Good Friday on short notice. They made the cake next day and delivered to me. Cake looked outstanding and was made with quality ingredients. Nice to stay in touch via their CakeApp service as well. Very happy with the service!
i don't normally write bad reviews but this shop is a joke! I called ahed to check if they had liquid glucose in stock, I was told that they had just sold the last one but would have some more in stock after 2pm. I arrived at the store at 2:40pm and was told that they would have any in stock until the next day. I went back the the store the next day hopeful that they would have some, once again I arrived and was told that they still didn't have any but would get some in the next hour! they took my phone number and said they would call when it arrived. no phone call. so now on the third day i called again to check and once again was told they didn't have any but would be getting some tomorrow (supposedly). i will not be going back again and it would have been quicker for me to order online which i now have done. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they don't stock the most basic ingredients and to be quite honest it looks like the shop is about to shut down.
Cakeshop got us covered when we were in dire need of some ingredients and they even showed us how to model fondant roses faster and prettier. Great people with a great store!
They use to have a lot of stuff, and I was always there buying for my cakes.... but in the last year's that change and now they don't have much....pity. It use to be a great place.
