Compared to ANY Dutch person/infrastructure/entity (yes, entity), this is definitively the place where I found the worse service. Nothing else to say, I honestly suggest you to choose any other place for taking care of whatever you need to do in a gemeente.

As many have noted previously, the staff is highly incompetent who just make decisions based on what their computer screen or colleague tells them. Seems legit, right? Avoid at all costs. They wasted my time and theirs.
