I always love supporting small businesses, especially after seeing the impact COVID has had. However, after receiving poor and unfriendly customer service more than once, I can't justify continuing to give them my business anymore. Thankfully, there are plenty of other quality olive oil shops in Amsterdam that are more welcoming.
