Not a fan of this place. The rotating slopes are narrow and short. And the skiing experience is decidedly different than on the snow. Every move must be so much more pronounced than in the mountains - experienced skiers are sure to feel like beginners again, and they will probably make some hard landings.

A good place to learn skiing or snowboarding. Very close to the city center. Nice and friendly teachers
After I have booked a ticket and time I have tried to re schedule my appointment on the day itself. My wife was really sick (lung infection ) and the receptionist didn’t want to reschedule or help even though it was all paid for. Thank you very much for “understanding “...
Similar experience to others as regards their ‘customer service’. Child got really high fever the night before one of 6 lessons, we emailed immediately knowing we wouldnt be able to attend. Their rote response is no refund unless 48 hrs before. No acknowledgement of it being a loss of 50 euro and no offer to find a mutually beneficial solution or any understanding whatsoever. We will never do this again. For those looking to sign up kids, i would very much reconsider as it’s rather hard to arrange that they get sick at least 48 hrs in advance.
Unfortunately not the best experiences with this place. They sell you a lesson package, but don't give you enough time to use the lessons. It is very difficult to make an appointment - almost impossible to reach anybody on the phone. The teachers mostly young and have not enough experience as instructors. The woman at the bar is rude and not friendly. The second star is for the idea of indoor skiing, which is great - you could learn skiing without going to the snow area, but I didn't feel well there.
