The people over at Stox were really knowledgeable and helped us with any questions we had when deciding to buy the floor. We are very happy with our choice! Mev and the guys who did the installation did a fantastic job, they were really professional with an eye for detail and went the extra mile to make our floor look amazing! The floor hatch near the meter cabinet in the living room is so perfectly cut, it's almost impossible to tell that it's there! ️ The only reason I removed a star is because there were some hitches with the co-ordination at the back office. Though they had previous contact with us on the correct email/ phone number, there were times they were contacting us on. incorrect contacts (both on phone and email) and even though we informed them about it, this continued a few times ! This was just a minor thing compared to how great the rest of the process was, and the installation side with Mev was really amazing!

Got our complete kitchen at Stox. Great service, great expertise, great people. We particularly liked the fact that they took their time to carefully go through your needs and what is feasible. Great support from Jogchem and Rik. Highly recommend these guys!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! Worst customer service ever! If you are an expat, go to Ikea. It'll save you a lot of headaches (and very likely money). I had the \pleasure\ of buying a kitchen from Stox last year. Overall the quality is decent, it's an expensive shop compared to the quality delivered. Considering that they design your kitchen from scratch, price it's not even the problem. What's crazy about these guys, is their customer service. We have been so poorly followed by them. They hardly reply to emails or calls, and if you pass by the shop they are generally busy with other customers. Unless you don't want to buy, they don't have time for you! -They came to take measures and didn't properly advise us on what it should have been done in order to prepare the space behind the kitchen to fit the oven. I still have the oven popping out and haven't fixed that problem. This resulted because when they came taking measures they didn't advise us on this issue. Same story with boiler, which pipes now gently protrude themselves out the lowest shelves (cut precisely!). Nobody advised us on the fact they would have had to cut the bottom of the lowest shelves, with the result that now we have the pipes coming out (ugly! see the picture and judge by yourself). - After the first round they didn't close the space between the cabinet and the ceiling (ugly!), and I had to call them again to fix that. - When they came mounting they had the brilliant idea to put the sealant on top of masking tape which was present after the painting. - After a couple of months some doors of the cabinets came loose (see pic) and become tilted - Finally I discovered a leakage of water behind the sink, due to the tap that eventually broke shortly after. I called them beginning of december 2018. I am writing this review half march 2019 and they still haven't come to fix any the tap water. I am truly considering to get a lawyer to get the job done since they stopped to reply.
