They keep you waiting in front of the door at least 1 hour. Organization is not good. But the room has a perfect location and room is nice. Owner and staff are friendly and helpful. I advise you to mention your arrival time on booking to prevent waiting in front of the door.

Never got a confirmation. Emailed them. No response. Got ahold of them a month ahead of time. They said they would send a confirmation two weeks out. Never got one. Contacted them a week before we were to stay there and they finally sent a confirmation. Arrived at location, us and another family waited at least an hour outside before the owner showed up after we called him. He then said he lost all of our bookings and blamed the booking company (even though him and I have been in contact). He takes us to a new place. The place was really nice. Got a call the next morning saying we needed to move rooms because he had a group of three coming in and the room we were in had three beds and there were only two of us.
It was the worst experience in my life. The owner of the hostel did not reply to our message and did not turn up to give us the keys for the rooms. So we had to wait for an hour in front of the building. Also when we made the reservation the owner said that the check out time is 10, but when he turned up he changed his words all of a sudden and told us to leave at 8. When we protested that he did not mention the fact that we have to leave at 8 when we booked for it, he bold facedly repied that he is telling us now. And told us to go out if we do not agree to this. The hostel was renovating when we stayed there, so it was quite untidy and was too expensive. I hope others do not experience this horrible and unpleasant hostel owner. And lastly the stairs were seriously dangerous that one could even loose life in a split second.
A very poor place to stay in and a little bit unconfortable.
