I love it that they keep such a deep omelette menu. Your first time? Then keep the menu to read while you eat and take notes of what you may want next time. You won't be disappointed. Keep trying new things. The staff are very pleasant too. This place is a breakfast treat!

We tried Amy's Omelette House in Long Branch. Menu is huge so that makes the start of picking your meal a bit crazy. I ordered the Avocado Eggs Benedict with side of sausage. However my order was wrong and they gave me their Vegetable Benedict. (Server was nice but did not write it down) Lucky for me I was able to remove the tomatoes. Overall it was good. I added the sausage patties which were good. We also got a side of their Aloha French toast which was not my thing. The French toast itself tasted good but just far too many toppings.

Attentive staff. When you order be sure each person requests their portion of mayo, ketchup, salt, pepper, jelly, etc. as the waitress brings individual servings that are tossed in the trash if not used for covid safety. Feb 2021

Mike was our server and explained the huge menu with its myriad of choices. Basically you can customize your food whatever way you’d like. I got the All American omelette and substituted pancakes for the toast and potatoes. Omelette was delicious and large. Pancakes were three and fluffy. My wife got the Marathoner with a side of salsa substitute was fruit. It was good too. We shared!

Everything from Amy's is great. From the food to the service. Big portions from every item on the menu, whether you're going in for breakfast or lunch, you'll always come out with a full belly.

Went here today for something different. I had the chicken parm with pasta 13.99. The sauce was really good on the pasta as that tasted like homemade. With that being said, it would have been nice to be told that there was no cheese available for topping. The chicken came out it was hard to cut and was dry and hard. I asked for a metal fork and was told I could not get one. So now I struggle with cutting it with a plastic knife. My companion had the chicken wrap 13.99 and asked the waitress if we can substitute a side salad for one of the sides offered and she said yes. We get the bill, 13.99 , 14.50, 2.99, 2.99 I asked why all these charges because drinks and sides are part of the 13.99 and the 14.50 should have been 13.99. WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THE SIDE SALAD WOULD BE AN UPCHARGE the 2.99 drinks were an oversight and was taken off. Bottom line: they won’t tell you everything. You have to know to ask about extra charges and if the chicken is real or processed.
