ELMM clinic changed my life. I took a chance in 2017 and made an appointment. I needed to lose weight for my health and Dr. Brown and Dr. Naughton were a huge key to my success. It's been over a year and I am continuing to use the tools they provided me to live a healthier lifestyle. The entire staff was friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

The ELMM clinic is the most efficiently run, highest quality medical office I have ever established with. The front desk staff is friendly and kind, the nurses are prompt, experienced, and diligent, and the providers are incredible. Dr. David Brown is a gifted Internal Medicine specialist who simultaneously treats all aspects of my care needs, not just one isolated problem at a time. I have never waited on hold when calling in to the office for more than a minute, and have always been able to schedule an appointment within a day or two. Their telemedicine visits have allowed me to miss less work, and are convenient for after business hours needs. If you have been disappointed by a medical office in the past, felt like your doctor rushed your care, had concerns that were not listened to, or sat too long in the waiting room - this is the office for you.

From my first walkin at ELMM, the staff, every one, was friendly and warm. I recently needed a drug administered. The nurse worked at getting an approval from my insurance company for over two weeks. The insurance company was incredibly dense in getting its act together. The nurse finally prevailed in this frustrating task. I am so glad I found this clinic.

Condescending. No follow through. The Dr said one thing to my face and did another. I felt there was a true lack of respect and caring. They make me feel like a problem, and I’ve never gone unless I’m sick. I noticed reviews are high or low- either they think you are worthy of their time or you are not. I know which one I was.
