Called at Castoral B site office several times and rang more than 5 times to try to obtain a quotation for replacing doors & windows of our house in Anadia, but no body available to visit our property which was in the same area (1.6km distance away) and we then decided to supply the actual measurements of our 16 doors & windows and waited another 3 months for surveyor and they still could Not Be Polite enough to call us back - No Customer Service whatsoever!
