Worst service.. even shippment arrived destination they won't call you..You have to track n collect product from them.
Ever worst courier service i ve seen. Utter irresponsibility and neglegence towards customer service. No system, no proper way of keeping consignments. I ve seen, tens of very important and personalized stuff like bank ATM cards are handled very casually without proper care and system. They never call you or dont bother to deliver consignment to your home. If you go to their office, then only you may get your consignment. Never suggest anybody to send through Bluedart.
They won't even call during delivery but will update the status to delivered without delivery the consignment. Horrible!!
